FRENCH BREAD PAN

Ingredients:
500 grams of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 and a half tablespoon of dry yeast
1 and a half cup of water
3 tablespoons of vegetable butter or oil
Preparation:
1. Form a source of flour, place yeast in the center and half cup water to dissolve. Wait 10 minutes for yeast to turn on.
2. Slowly mix wheat flour with water. Add salt and sugar gradually.
3. Add vegetable butter or oil and continue to integrate the batter strongly.
4. Knead for 10 minutes until it forms a firm elastic dough. It has to come off with ease from the prep table.
5. Once the consistency is reached, place the dough in a bowl and cover it with plastic so it doesn’t dry out. Let her rest until she doubles her size. At a temperature of 23oC. Takes about 1 hour, this may vary depending on the conditions.
6. Punch the dough out and love it hard again. Cut her in 10 equal parts
7. Take each of the pieces and make them into a ball. Then crush it a little and stick the contours inward. Finally turn the dough a little towards the center so it forms a ball. You can place some flour on the table to make the procedure easier. Place them on a patty lined with waxed paper.
8. Wait a moment for the dough to double in size again.
9. With a knife, make a cut about a centimeter deep across the pot.
10. Heat the oven to 250oC and introduce the patty. At the bottom place another patter with water, this is the secret to make your pots perfect. Bake for 15 minutes or until desired color reaches.
