BASIC CAKE

Ingredients:

250 g of eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla

150 g of sugar

150 g of flour

Directions:

1. First, in a bowl mix the eggs, sugar, and vanilla.

2. Whisk the ingredients with an electric mixer: you must get a clear, foamy dough.

3. Grind flour and add it to batter little by little.

4. Mix flour, using a spatula and shaking from bottom to top.

5. Pour the dough into a cake mold (26 cm in diameter) covered with baking paper.

6. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
